Project Summary: This 30,000 square foot office building was designed to house a restaurant and bank on the lower level. The bank housed a small teller area for the drive through lanes that were incorporated into the building design. The upper floor were designed to allow multiple tenant spaces that all access the large corridor and two story atrium space at the main entry. The facility is located just north-east of the bombing memorial to the design needed to incorporate a long lasting visual impression. The use of brick, cast stone and EIFS allowed the design to have the main entry be the focal point of the design but yet included arches to help break up the main façade.
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
